MOVAIDO
Life-changing tools for self-care, freedom from pain, and personal development.
How We Help…
MOVAIDO is Dwight Pargee’s signature approach to somatic neuromuscular re-education and movement therapy using the Feldenkrais Method®.
Through hands-on support and guided classes, MOVAIDO supports people through all walks of life as they explore and pursue freedom from pain, ease of movement, and more vitality, energy, and confidence.
MOVAIDO was created to empower all people to improve their health and well-being by connecting individuals with their body-minds in action.
